What this checklist does

If you prefer a paper checklist
Start with your current declarations, exact policy end date and any nonrenewal notice. Add records for the roof, wiring, plumbing and heating. Describe the actual occupancy and any planned work. The full quote checklist works without JavaScript and can be printed.
Keep records accurate and gathering safe
Use information you already know or can document. Do not climb the roof, enter unsafe spaces, remove panel covers or disturb suspect materials. A qualified professional can resolve uncertainty. State the scope of completed work rather than assume a partial update replaced an entire system.
